What have you been up too? ... I get asked lately!
well I spent the past few days, weeks and months in Los Angeles getting my career 'Off the Ground' (what else), I've been attending both social (diff. partys, openings etc..) and work functions (ie - a lot of meetings!)
, networking, negotiating, looking for promoters for shows, putting together a SLIM K management, working on diff. great movie projects, working on new music material (actualy I'll be recording soon new material ...puuh finaly!) and I'll be meeting diff. Record Label Execs. these days to negotiate a DEAL! (...puuh finaly ..pt2 ;D) AND I'll be performing a few shows (...puuh finaly ..pt3 
).

SLIM K is confirmed to perform live as part of a 'Talent Showcase' for R&B, Soul and Hip Hop Singers (to Record Label Execs. and is open to the public, fans and friends as well to check it out!!!). If you like American Idol or enjoy Showtime at the Apollo you need to be there.
Admission is $15.00. Tito from Power 106 will be co-hosting with 'Seane' Sean DeGruy.

by George Willis (Visual Effects and Special Effects designer of: X-Men 3: The Last Stand, Starship Troopers, Edward Scissorhands,
Total Recall, Underworld: Evolution etc...) presented at the Silver Lake Film Festival 2006 at the Arclight Hollywood at the Cinerama Dome.
Slim K and George Willis met and worked together on "PSYCHO KITTIES" (Aug. 2005).

Slim K is invited to auditon for "The Brave One", a major new film from Warner Brothers, to go in production this June 2006.
From veteran film producer Joel Silver, this suspense-thriller will be about a woman who struggles to recover from a brutal attack by setting out on a dark journey to get revenge and justice. "The Brave One" will star Jodie Foster and Terrence Howard. It is being written by Michael Seitzman and Cynthia Mort, and will be directed by Neil Jordan ("The Crying Game", "Interview With The Vampire"). The film is being produced by Joel Silver ("The Matrix" films, "Lethal Weapon") and Susan Downey for Silver Pictures in association with Warner Brothers Pictures.
